Karl Hardwick
Director
When did you join The Blind Company?
June 2024. You will see me on most in home consultations, and I also fit our plantation shutters.
What do you enjoy about your work? Working with the most amazing team of people, supporting our local community and working on challenging jobs that make you think outside the box. I also love getting involved with community events and networking with other local businesses
What are your hobbies outside of work?
Rugby – Big Northampton Saints fan! And supporting my son Duncan over at Hinckley RFC.
Golf – Just started, needed something challenging to keep me going after retiring from Rugby.
Running – Just the odd trundle from time to time – normally listening to a podcast to keep me going.
Cooking – I love making nice and unusual foods.

Receptionist
I deal with customers on a day to day basis, on the phone and in the showroom. I support the business in booking sales calls and arranging installations for our fitting team.

Blinds & Awnings Installer
I fit blinds in residential and commercial properties.

I enjoy meeting new people every day and working with my colleagues here in the factory and out on the road.
